You’re taking care of the baby, Myri is taking care of you. Our postpartum assistant app addresses your rehab needs through delivery- based exercises, feeding / diaper trackers, and an anonymous community to connect with other parents. The app is OBGYN and Physical Therapist reviewed and available in 166 countries on your iPhone and android devices.
We want to encourage mothers to feel safe to discuss their questions and triumphs, we want to fill the gaps of information and resources surrounding postpartum around the world. We want to stand for thriving moms and babies.
-
Immediately after! The Myri App is designed to help mama’s during the most opportune time. Think of us as “holding your hand when you go home.” We have the resources, tracking tools and most importantly workouts. Although everyone is told to wait to be “cleared” by the doctor, we provide foundational breathing and pelvic strengthening during this time. Too often, women miss this crucial time of rehab and inappropriately kick start their regular workouts after 6 weeks. You spent 9 months building a baby and it’s unrealistic to hit the ground running at 6 weeks postpartum. We transition you and bridge that gap. No more wondering what to do, and more importantly, doing the wrong movements, which is all to common.

It can be challenging as a mom, we get it! This is why our workouts are under 25 minutes each and we deliver only 4 to you weekly. If you want to do more, by all means – be sure to review the additional recommendations under “Do More.”
You can always view your activity tab to see what you have completed. In terms of progress, we take assessments at 6 weeks, 12 weeks and 24 weeks! These include measurements for diastasis recti. We show you how to check yourself and we log it to view progress. Our workouts are aimed to prevent further abdominal separation, increase core functionality and strengthen your pelvic floor over time. You may not always see progress immediately, but nothing worth having is done overnight!
Sticking with these short workouts through the recommended weeks will get you stronger from the inside out!

This App runs on two timelines. One for you and one for the baby!
Postpartum Timeline: You get resources for you and the baby based on your baby’s due date. Your postpartum week will reflect this. This is because the information we provide is relevant to your baby’s age and the week.
Workout Timeline: No matter when your baby is born, every mom starts at Week 1. So, your workout could be on a different week than your tips, unless of course you started with us right when the baby was born (which is great!). Why Week 1? We believe that in order for our plan to be effective in pelvic floor, core and full body strengthening, you have to start at foundation.
-
Yes, the workouts can! Once postpartum, always postpartum. You can even be years postpartum and have issues that could be cumbersome. The longer you wait, the more challenging it may be, but you can ALWAYS strengthen the core (fascia) and pelvic floor. If you never appropriately recovered your core, have diastasis recti, or are having pelvic floor abnormalities (peeing on youself, pain with sex, back pain, etc.) – this is definitely something that can help.
